At Bruun & Stengade, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original order or via the portal, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
